My name is Jack and I am an account manager here at Kontera. Despite what one customer service person has written to you, Google's policy is very clear now (a big change from before) -- since Kontera's product is nothing like Google's in appearance, there is no chance of the user being confused that our ContentLink layer is from Google, so it is allowed. Everyone can make mistakes and clearly, the customer rep at AdSense confused our layer with other companies ad units.Kontera is clearly OK to work on the same pages as AdSense.
